2007 New Associate Compensation. The following
summary is for informational purposes only and is covered by the
terms of the policies referred to herein.
COMPENSATION
Annual Salary
$145,000. A merit bonus of up to $50,000; totally discretionary.

Spriggs & Hollingsworth covers all costs associated with taking
the Bar for first year associates, including Bar registration fees
and Bar review courses.

Emergency Child Care
The firm provides emergency childcare through Lipton Corporate Child Care Center. The daily usage fee is $25.00 per child. This is deducted directly from payroll.
401(K) Plan
Associates may elect to contribute up to 15% of their gross salary
or $15,000, whichever is less, into their 401(K) account. Spriggs
& Hollingsworth contributes up to $1,250 per year.
