Products Liability Associates

Description:
We are looking for litigation associates with 3-4 years of legal experience in products liability and toxic tort litigation. Familiarity with all aspects of litigation through and including trial, including taking and defending depositions, all motions practice from discovery through appellate, and arguing motions. Experience defending cases based on scientific evidence a plus.
