16th Annual Private Seminar on Toxic Tort Litigation
Current Strategies for Toxics and Pharmaceutical Defense
May 18 - 19, 2004
Every year, the firm sponsors a CLE-accredited private seminar on toxic tort litigation. In-house counsel of clients and other friends of the firm are invited to attend.
We base our discussion topics at the seminar on recent cases, trends and rulings in toxic torts, pharmaceutical defense, environmental litigation and related insurance coverage matters. Throughout the seminar, we encourage discussion among attendees on their specific concerns.
Last year's seminar was attended by more than 60 clients, other in-house counsel and friends of the firm. Leading lawyers in products liability and toxic tort law facilitated discussions on the asbestos litigation crisis, Daubert strategies in serial litigation, litigation ethics in document retention, and claims valuation and modeling of future liabilities. View the Agenda.
All attendees receive our highly regarded 700-page reference manual on toxics and pharmaceutical defense. Browse the table of contents.
